Net Impact MLの皆様
初めまして。リーダーシップチームの中ノ森です。
皆様もお気づきの事かと存じますが、Net Impactの日本での活動は、現在危機的状況にあります。現在、小職を除き、すべてのリーダーシップチームのメンバーは個人的事情により活動から手を引いてしまいました。
個人的には、折角、日本でも立ち上がりかけていたNet Impactの活動をここで途絶えさせてしまうこと、米国を中心とするNet Impactのネットワークや情報資産と日本とを結ぶ手段をなくしてしまうのはもったいないと考えており、改めて、日本でのNet Impactの活動の運営チームを組成したいと考えております。
具体的にどのような活動をするのかも含めて、新しい運営チームのメンバーと協議して決めていきたいと考えていますが、
1. Net Impactのコンセプトの「ビジネスを通じて社会により良いインパクトを与える」とコンセプトを共有する活動であればあまり限定せずに取り組んでいきたいと考えています
2. Net Impactが有するCSR、ソーシャル・アントレプレナーシップ、NPO経営、途上国開発、環境サステナビリティ等の豊富な情報を活用するのも一つの方法です
3. まったく活動のベースがない訳ではなく、「ビジネスを通じて社会により良いインパクトを与える」活動の一つとして、マネジメント手法について自己研鑽、日本に普及させるための有志での勉強会、MBA非公式分校（ https://www.insightnow.jp/communities/id/79 ）を開催しています。こうした小活動を束ねて、Net Impact Japanとしての活動としていくというのも一つの方向性と考えています。
上記何れかの活動を推進していきたいという方は、小職宛( knakanomori@samuraisourcing.com ）に興味がある旨ご一報頂けますでしょうか？
恐らく東京になるかと思いますが、ご興味があるご連絡を頂いた方を集めて、今後の方向性につき打ち合わせするミーティングを開催する予定ですので、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
Net Impact Centralでも日本の運営が苦しい状況にある事を懸念していますが、この運営チームの梃子入れを見守る共に、必要な支援があれば言ってくれと言われています。よって、活動の方向性さえ明確になれば、Net Impactのネットワークや情報資産の活用も図れると考えております。
ここでなんとかNet Impactの日本での活動に道筋をつけたいと考えておりますので、より多くの方々からご協力を賜りたく、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Dear Net Impact Friends,
Hello. I am Kay Nakanomori of Net Impact Tokyo Chapter Leadership Team.
As you may notice, Net Impact's activities in Japan are in dire situation. It is due to our leadership team's responsibility. Unfortunately, all other leadership team members are gone except me.
Personally, it is easy to close the chapter but it is a huge loss to abandon all the past efforts to start a Net Impact's local chapter here, Net Impact's global network and knowledge. Thus, I'd like to give a try to re-organize the leadership team in Japan.
Since Net Impact Tokyo Chapter has been a new organization and did not have specific activities, I'd like to discuss the organization direction and activities with the new leadership team. Here are some examples what Net Impact Japan would pursue;
1.Activities sharing the concept with the Net Impact's "Make a positive impact on society by growing and strengthening new leaders who use business to improve the world"
2.Activities related to CSR, social entrepreneurship, NPO management, tackling poverty, sustainability and so on, utilizing Net Impact's global resources
3.There is a small activity base. I organize a study group called "Unofficial MBA program（ https://www.insightnow.jp/communities/id/79 ）" where participants refine their business acumen each other in order to prevalent management skills to Japan for improving Japanese society. I think that accumulating these small activities is one of the way of Net Impact Japan.

Once I have some group of people who are interested in the leadership them, I'll set up a meeting to discuss the course of Net Impact Japan.
Net Impact Central shares our local dire situation and concerns. They are patiently waiting for this revitalizing effort and offer helps. Thus, if we get through this and clarify what we will do, we can utilize Net Impact's global network and resources.
I hope that Net Impact Japan finds the new leadership team and re-energize its activities from now on. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
