Net Impact Japan Chapterの中ノ森です。5/19 (土）にNet Impact Japan Chapterのリーダーシップチームミーティング、およびその活動の一つであるMBA非公式分校を開催しますので、そのご案内をお送りします。また、GLOBISが5/15（火）に主催するProfessional SeminarがNet Impactとコンセプトを共有するものであることから、そちらについてもご紹介します。

Hello, this is Kay of Net Impact Japan Chapter　(NIJ). On 5/19, Sat., we are having a NIJ leadership meeting to plan our activities in 2012 and holding unofficial MBA extension campus, one of the NIJ's programs. Please join us. 【1.Net Impact Japan Chapter Leadership Team Meeting】

久々の開催となりますが、Net Impact Japan Chapterのリーダーシップチームミーティングを開催します。本年の活動計画を中心に討議する予定です。

Net Impactは、「ビジネスを通じて世界をより良くしたい」と考えている2万人を超える社会人や学生、世界で280チャプターを有するグローバルネットワークです。Net Impact Japan（NIJ）は、Net Impactの日本チャプターとして、Net ImpactおよびNIJの国内外のネットワークが持つ資源（知識・アイディア、事例、仕組み、人材など）を活用し、ビジネスを通じて世界をより良くしたいと考えるリーダー、企業のHubとなるべく活動しています。

具体的な活動領域は、
1．企業・個人の社会的責任について考えているリーダーのHub
2．潜在的リーダーへの権限付与
3. サステイナビリティ（持続的成長）
4. NPOのBusiness Model
になります。

Though it has been a while, we are having a NIJ leadership meeting to plan our activities in 2012. Net Impact is a global NPO network of over 20,000 people interested in "Bringing positive impact to world through business" with 280 local chapters all over the world. NIJ acts as a hub for leaders, business entities and any organizations shared the same goal with the Net Impact as its Japan local chapter, utilizing its global and local network and resources such as people, knowledge, and best practices.

Our major domains are:

1．Hub for leaders interested in social responsibility of corporations and individuals
2．Empowering potential leaders
3．Sustainability
4．Business model for NPO

【2.第10回MBA非公式分校 「新興国で感じる日本の組織マネジメント上の弱点とその克服方法」】
Unofficial MBA extension campus is a program conducted in Japanese. Thus, there is no English announcement.

今回のMBA 非公式分校ではテキサス大学オースチン校　McCombsビジネススクールの卒業生で、現在はNTTコミュニケーションズインディア副社長兼ムンバイ支店長の野上啓氏をお迎えし、「新興国で感じる日本の組織マネジメント上の弱点とその克服方法」に関するスピーチと野上氏を交えたフリーディスカッションという形式で行います。尚、野上氏はムンバイからスカイプでの参加となります。

野上氏はNTTコミュニケーションズインディア副社長兼ムンバイ支店長として、西インド地域の企業向けICTソリューション提供、および2012年1月に買収発表したNetmagic Solutions社（本社ムンバイ）のPMI(Post Merger Integration)をご担当。ムンバイ支店の取扱高の八割以上が日系以外との事で、グローバル企業化が進んでいる事例と言えます。

今回は、インドで活躍と挑戦を続けている野上氏と共に、日本企業がインド、新興国で迎える課題とそれを克服して成功する方法について学びます。

【3.Professional Seminar: The Rise of Sustainable Global Enterprises: How companies can make both business and the world better】

Professor Mark Milstein of Cornell University will talk about sustainability as a method of dealing with social and environmental issues by strategically creating new markets. He will show why sustainability is becoming more important for global enterprises, including Japanese companies. Using case examples from his current research and consulting, Prof. Milstein will describe how "Experiential Learning" is a critical component of creativity and innovation. Finally, he will describe the implications for Japanese companies.
